Eric Holder is a Hero to Justice In America

Most of you won't understand, at least not right away.  To be sure, BankruptcyMisconduct initiated our cover of Eric Holder with a scathing page.   But we need to evaluate the full net effects of the tenure of Eric Holder to fairly evaluate his legacy.   Perhaps no other person has done more to shed light on what is described, at best, as the arbitrary and caprious manner which the DOJ chooses to employ prosecutorial discretion.
