Ketanji Brown Jackson and eToys

Ketanji Brown Jackson may become our newest SCOTUS member. But was there some misconduct before Judge Jackson by her court clerk? Were pleadings by Laser Haas constructively DELETED by subterfuge? Perhaps the ascendancy of Ms. Jackson ultimately plays a part in the eventual illumination of the massive web of corruption and racketeering alleged in the eToys MegaCase .
